Major purpose
  To help promote responsible tuna fisheries in the Philippines and promote public relation to eliminate IUU fishing
 Legitimate Philippines companies which own large scale and small tuna longline fishing vessels registered in the Philippines. (15 companies)
Main activities 
  To promote responsible tuna fisheries and proper management of tuna resources and help eliminate IUU fishing by using OPRT export certificate and to promote unity among Philippine fishing companies.
 Request other OPRT Japan members to adhere to OPRT resolutions in terms of promoting effective utilization of second hand tuna longline vessels from Japan and promoting international coordination and mutual understanding among OPRT members for insuring capacity of tuna to an appropriate level.
